Return Policies

All returned products require a return materials authorization . (RMA) The accompanying RMA must be included with the product upon return. Products that are returned, which do not have defects in craftsmanship and materials or were not shipped in error, will be subject to a 25% inspection, refurbishing, restocking, repackaging fee..

To obtain a return RMA, please e-mail us at: service@boardingramp.com or call 813-645-6666. If you have purchased your product from one of our dealers or OEMs, and wish to return it under the conditions set forth by its' warranty, please contact the dealer or OEM from which you placed the original order. If, upon receiving your product, you find that it is missing a component, or part, please contact us immediately to request replacement.

Warranties

Yacht Boarding Systems products and STEADI-PLANK™ Boat Boarding System products have a limited 1-year warranty, from the date of purchase, against defects in craftsmanship and materials. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear as well as misuse or improper mounting. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement at our option. If service is required, please request an RMA from Yacht Boarding Systems at Ph# (813) 645-6666, Fax# (813) 645-3874, or e-mail to service@BoardingRamp.com. All items returned for service must be shipped to Yacht Boarding Systems prepaid and be accompanied with the original sales receipt.

In no event will Yacht Boarding Systems be liable to the purchaser or other party for lost savings or profits, injuries, or damages arising out of use or inability to use one of our products. It is up to the purchaser/user to determine the adequacy of this product for their intended use.
